Bang Bang and six packs
Hrithik Roshan hasn’t been seen in a film in an over a year. The last time we caught his antics on screen was in Agneepath, which made mega bucks at ticket windows. So reporters made the most of his appearance at a recent book launch where the talented actor talked about his upcoming films and fitness regime, and we have excerpts for you right here.
"After Krrish 3 I have Bang Bang, which is starting in a few days. I am really looking forward to that," he said.
When asked who he would like to gift the fitness book to, he said: "I think six-packs have become common. Everyone has them. They all look good. It is nice to spread the word of health and fitness in a prominent way... I think I want to give the book to everyone."
Known for his well-toned body, Roshan feels being healthy is more important than having six-pack abs or starving oneself.
"The best body is the body, which you are happy with. If you are not happy about it, then it's not ideal... Whether it is a six-pack or not, if you are healthy and fit, then you will always be happy. Don't starve yourself to say fit,” he further suggested.
"Everyone thinks it is tough to make a body, but it is not tough. I have eaten eight meals today and I have learned you don't need to starve yourself. We have conditioned ourselves to believe that to have a good body, we need to sacrifice ourselves," he finished off.
In Bang Bang, Roshan will be seen with Katrina Kaif, Krrish 3 sees him with Priyanka Chopra and Karan Malhotra’s Shuddhi will pair him with either Kareena Kapoor or Deepika Padukone.
