Punit Malhotra can't get enough of Bebo
That Kareena Kapoor is a powerhouse of talent was never under dispute. Yes some of her career choices have been dubious, but as performer, the spunky actress has almost always delivered. Now the actress can add yet another director to the growing list of filmmakers that swear by her talent.
"Kareena Kapoor is Kareena Kapoor. No one does Punjabi (character) better than her. She is outstanding," said 31 year old director Punit Malhotra, at the music launch of Gori Tere Pyaar Mein, which sees the actress with Imran Khan.
"You don't even have to explain the scene to her. You just tell her what you need and she delivers in one take. There is no one better than her which is why she is where she is," he added.

The director also went on to applaud Kareena's energetic act in the song 'Tooh'.
"Kareena was very, very excited when she got 'Tooh.' It was the time when she was pepped up on the set. She came with 200 percent energy and that was there all along. If you see the whole song, she has completely nailed it, she is superb," said Punit.
Gori Tere Pyaar Mein also stars Shraddha Kapoor and Esha Gupta in a cameo and is produced by Karan Johar's Dharma Productions.
